The Doc McCall Martini

Ingredients:
3 oz Kettle One vodka
splash of olive juice
2 large olives
1 oz blue cheese
Grass fed Filet Mignon steak
Cracked pepper
Sea Salt
1 oz Olive Oil
Rosemary sprig
Directions:
1) Remove most of the leave from the Rosemary, being careful to keep one end green
2) Finely chop the leaves and coat the steak in the Rosemary, salt, pepper, olive oil
3) Sear the steak 2 and half minutes on each side in a very hot cast iron skillet
4) Set the steak aside to rest for five minutes
5) Stuff the olives with the blue cheese
6) Shake the vodka and the olive juice with ice until very cold
7) Slice the steak into 1 inch cubes
8) Alternate the olives with two cubes of steak on the Rosemary sprig
9) Pour the cold vodka and olive juice in the glass
10) Balance the garnish on top of the glass and serve
